What was Patek Philippe's first wrist watch made from?

please help.|||1868 - Patek Philippe creates the first Swiss wristwatch, made for Countess Koscowicz of Hungary.


There's a picture and it looks like gold and diamonds.


It has a round face, but the frame is square with a yellow gold filigree opening cover.
