I have an AP Starwheel. I need another new watch. Trying to decide a good watch with rose or pink gold, with some complications. Looking at Frank Muller Long Island Master Banker or Breguet Transatlantique XX or something similar.|||I myself have an Omega Seamaster automatic. I love it. It's built like a tank and keeps great time. But for your needs, I also like Breguet and also Patek Phillipe. Zenith also makes some very unusual watches with the complications you are looking for. Try their "Haute Horologerie" model.
