Patek Philippe watch?

I need help identifying this Patek Philippe watch. I want to know how much its worth and what model it is. On the back of the watch it says 750 in a box and next to that it says 3ATM. Next to that it says NO.119615. On the bottom of if it says Steel and Automatic. Then it says CCUE. On the one side of the strap it says PATEK PHILIPPE and on the other it says GENUINE LEATHER. Theres two buttons on each side of the watch and one dial. the buttons are almost like a triangle or rectangle shape. The watch shows time, year, month, day. There are 3 circles showing on the watch but i dont know what all of them stand for. One of them shows the days of the week, i think the other shows the day, and im not sure about the third circle. Above the circles are small rectangles showing the month and year.Thanks.|||Do you have the Certificate of Origin? If so it will give you a reference number which then you can google. To be honest I am having hard time with the information given. If it was me I would take it to an AD and have them look at it. Also, Patek keeps records of every watch they have ever made. If you go to there website and look under Patek Archive you can request the information by giving the numbers from the watch movement. This record will tell you when it was made and even when it has been serviced if it has been. I think it cost about a $100 for them to send you the information.
